On Camburg's long-travel kit for the Toyota Tundra, the factory sway-bar is removed since it limits articulation and wheel travel. For 90% of the customers out there, a sway-bar isn’t needed since the coilovers that Camburg specs out has more low speed compression damping and minimal body roll.
Camburg developed this billet sway-bar kit more so for the overland crowd that has a much higher center of gravity with aftermarket bed racks, tents, roof racks and light bars installed. This reduces body roll and calms the suspension down for those applications and types of use.
The kit consists of CNC machined steel arms that are pocketed for weight reduction and are nickel plated, FK heim joints and a 300M torsion/sway-bar. It bolts to the frame with our brackets and includes everything you need.
